There was that smile again.. It's certainly nice to see Gamzee cheer up, but it also makes him feel a bit embarrassed; he should have phrased that question differently in order to come of as more cool instead of concerned. Gokudera looks away for a moment, trying to hide that he's blushing slightly again, but Gamzee will probably notice it anyway.

''I thought as much'' the teen frowns as he shifts slightly, trying to find a more comfortable position on the pile. ''It's no wonder you get sick if you just stay holed up in your room all day. That's what you usually do, right?'' When not stalking people, writing bloody messages or beheading dead Medics, that is. ''I assume you don't eat much either.'' Gokudera is pretty skinny himself, but probably not as thin as Gamzee. There's a small pause before he adds ''..you should keep your strength up; we must be ready to fight if Linda fucks up at some point.'' That isn't the only reason of course, but hell if he's actually going to outright admit that he's worried about the other.
